Having worked in the Medical Device Industry for over 15 years Jonathan has developed an outstanding network and client base across the industry.
Having worked for key-Blue Chip organisations in the International Diagnostics, Medical Consumables, Nutrition and Cardiology sectors, he has created, developed, and implemented key commercial projects that have continuously delivered value to patients and customers.

Jonathan has recently spent the last 5 years at the helm of Abbott Medical heading up the Cardiology Commercial Business. Jonathan has experience of building value based commercial offerings in both the standard and specialised commissioning NHS cardiology reimbursement sector. Jonathan was also accountable for implementing process to deliver commercial contract performance.

Prior to this role Jonathan spent 7 years working in the EMEA markets. Notably, Jonathan has recently been engaged with projects such as key commercial turn-around strategies and launching new disruptive Medical Device Technologies into emerging markets. One of Jonathan’s greatest achievements was developing and leading the commercial and implementation plan for a major Point Of Care Device at the Globally recognised SIDRA hospital project in Qatar, Middle East.

Throughout Jonathan’s professional career, he has developed a wealth of International Emerging Market knowledge, networks, and relationships that offer any business platform a springboard to success.

Jonathan is a father of two and enjoys motorsport, travel, and family time.

Laura trained as a Nurse at Luton University, England and completed her clinical educational placement duties at Buckinghamshire NHS Hospitals.
​
After qualifying in 2001, Laura was immediately offered a position at Buckinghamshire NHS hospitals, UK where she could continue her passion for Surgical Orthopaedic Care.
Laura quickly set about advancing her multi-disciplinary clinical knowledge by taking additional ward responsibilities as the link nurse for Wound Therapeutics/Tissue Viability and Intravenous Cannulisation.

It was soon noticed that Laura had a natural flare for her clinical practice as she immediately climbed the clinical banding to a Deputy Sister within 5 years of graduation.
Having nursed on the wards for several years, Laura was approached to lead the challenging role of Buckinghamshire NHS Discharge Manager. this role was developed in line with the UK NHS strategy of designing patient pathways for acute discharges towards safe & effective care in the Community.

Laura has an obsessive passion for care and always enjoys spending family time with her children.
